Her Mate’s Secret Baby (Interstellar Bride Program #9)

“Roark.” I buried my fingers in his hair and held him to me, saying his name to ground myself, to remind myself of what was really happening here. Roark was mine. My mate, and starting with his mouth on my nipple, my lover. Finally, I would have someone who wanted me. Who wanted to be with me. Who would spend time with me and put me first in his life. My mate.

Goodwin, Grace. Her Mate’s Secret Baby (Interstellar Brides® Book 9) (p. 46). KSA Publishers. Kindle Edition.

Natalie Montgomery wants a new life. While she may be rich, her life is empty. Her parents were never around, too rich and important to be bothered with a child. And when they present her with a emotionless fiancé, she’s done. As a volunteer for the Interstellar Bride Program, she is thrilled to arrive on the hot, desert planet of Trion, and in the arms of a seductive warrior who makes her body burn.

Roark of Trion is not eager for a mate. Danger and the constant threat of war dog his steps. But one look at his new bride, and his mind is changed. Natalie is everything he ever wanted in a woman…so soft, so passionate, so submissive to his every need. An attack on their outpost leaves Roark fighting for his life. For her protection, Natalie is transported back to Earth. Roark thinks she’s dead. But she’s very much alive and so is his newborn son. Natalie’s anger and regret grows with each passing day her mate does not keep his promise to come for her. By the time he discovers his mistake, it may be too late to win back her heart.

A hot hunk , a curvy woman, and a sweet baby make this book a must read. This is a great addition to the series!

Twice the Growl (Paranormal Dating Agency #1)

A BBW in need of a date + Two hot Alphas looking for a mate = The hottest triad ever.

Tally strolled to her apartment building. Her mind never deviated from thoughts of her dilemma. A date to a family wedding so she wouldn’t look like a complete loser in front of her ex. That’s what she’d come to. Why did she care so much this time? She didn’t know. It might be because she’d been the one rejected by everyone other than her grandmother and Nita. She’d been the one snuffed at functions while Paul, the asshole, had been embraced. She wanted a way to show them that she was doing well. No—she wanted to show she was doing great. Childish? Absolutely, but she didn’t care.

Taiden, Milly. Twice The Growl (Paranormal Dating Agency, Book 1) . Latin Goddess Press. Kindle Edition.

Talia was disgusted with her ex. Not content with how he treated her, he took advantage of every opportunity to run her down in front of her family. Now her cousin was getting married and Tally just couldn’t bear to show up by herself. Talking things over with her cousin, Nita, gave her the courage to talk to Geri, the sweet older lady who lived down the hallway.

Geri Wilder was so much more than she appeared to be. A shifter herself, she ran her business out of her apartment. She was the “Go To” matchmaker for the shifters in the area, including her own extended family! Theron and Connor were her grandsons, and two-thirds of an Alpha Triad. Giving up on trying to find their mate, they’ve turned to Geri, who has just the woman for them. One who “checks all their boxes!”

This is the absolutely delightful start to the Kindle world knows as the Paranormal Dating Agency. Written with witt and style, it is sure to give you a smile as you read it. The characters are loveable and likeable. The situations they find themselves in are ones that relate to our everyday lives.

Wolf At Law (Wolves of Willow Bend #0.5)

“Yes.” She graced him with perfect honesty. “I need an attorney. More…I need one I can trust. I want a divorce, but I have to know that you can handle Giles. He’s a dangerous guy, but you’re not looking at me like a concerned lawyer offering his services.”

He wasn’t? It took discipline to school his features. “How am I looking at you?”

“Like a man who likes what he sees.” A hint of spice deepened the air around her, arousal with a touch of excitement. She liked that he looked at her that way.

Long, Heather. Wolf At Law (Wolves of Willow Bend 0.5)

Ryan Huston serves the pack in all their public financial dealings. Connected politically and personally, he possesses a unique ability to segue into and out of human life. He’s never been afraid to use his animal’s dominance to his advantage and, though he and Toman—the Alpha of Willow Bend—are often at odds, his loyalty to the pack has never truly been tested. Not until he meets Tiffany.

Tiffany Anderson grew up hard in a world defined by its uncertainties. Meeting Giles Taglioni seemed like a happy accident turned fairy tale. Five years into the abusive marriage, Tiffany wants out. Tiffany knows Taglioni will never let go of his daughter—he’d kill her before he lets her take Alexis away from him. A desperate woman with no options until a chance encounter changes everything.

Ryan is like no one Tiffany’s ever met, but she doesn’t dare believe him when he offers to help her. Long ago made familiar with the monsters in the dark, she doesn’t dream of princes on white horses sweeping her away. She also never imagined a big, bad wolf was exactly what she needed.

This is such a delightful start to the series, and a wonderful explanation of how Tiffany and Alexis came to Willow Bend. This sets things up so well for what is to come in later books.

Nothing is more dangerous than forbidden love.

She stared at him then shook her head. “Isn’t it wrong for me to want you after what I did?”

“You did what you were forced to do. And wrong?” He took her by the shoulders. “You didn’t do anything. Hate is wrong. Love… Love is right.”

“Love?”

He nodded firmly. “God, Summer. From the second I met you, I wanted you. I still want you. For forever, I mean.”

She bit her lip. “I knew it before I even saw you. Even before you stepped in the door, I knew.”

“So why fight it? Don’t you feel it, too?”

“I feel it,” she murmured, but she still looked so sad. As if she was determined to deny herself happiness for the rest of her life.

Lowe, Anna. Deception (Blue Moon Saloon Book 5) . Twin Moon Press. Kindle Edition.

She-wolf Summer Smith is desperate to make up for a past she can’t deny — and the best way to accomplish that is to take on a deadly mission for her new pack. She’ll sacrifice anything to clear her name and protect the people she loves. With the future of shifters across the Southwest resting in her hands, it’s the worst possible time to fall in love — with a bear, no less.

Burly bear shifter Drew Kovacs hasn’t traveled to the Southwest to look for trouble, and he sure isn’t looking for love. But the second he lays eyes on the she-wolf with a mesmerizing smile and haunted eyes, he knows she’s the one. There’s just one problem — Summer is about to plunge head-first into danger, and he sure as hell won’t let her go alone. But he can’t show up and blow her undercover mission, either. Unless…

Wonderful!! What a great way to wrap up a storyline! Each couple in this series have been so interesting. I can’t wait to see what else the author comes up with!

Mated to the Vikens (Interstellar Bride Program #8)

“Are you telling me that was real?” Holy sh*t. I wanted to experience that for real. If I was going to have three men touching me like that, I didn’t mind going to Viken at all. In fact, I was ready.

“Don’t. Something is wrong.” The woman’s back was to us, but her hair was a dark auburn instead of nearly black. And before her, I saw movement, as if she were not alone.

Goodwin, Grace. Mated To The Vikens (Interstellar Brides® Book 8) (p. 21). Kindle Edition.

The choice is easy and Sophia is shocked to learn she’s mated to not one, but three Viken warriors.

After ten years fighting the Hive, Gunnar, Erik and Rolf are now the Kings’ guards at Viken United. Bowing to the new Queen’s wishes, they agree to share an Interstellar Bride. It should be an easy task since she’s matched to three of them, all battle hardened warriors. But none can save her from being kidnapped during transport.

After her experience on Earth, she’s not about to let anyone ruin her new life. Sophia will risk everything to expose her enemy, but when it comes to their new bride, her three Viken mates will do whatever it takes to eliminate the threat and keep her…forever.

Oh My! Can I have some of these guys? This series just keeps getting better with every new book. I can’t wait to see what else the author comes up with.

His Moonstruck Wolf (The Wolves of Willow Bend #10.5)

“Only a fool asks an outsider for assistance in finding who is meant for them. Now, Christopher and Rachel would’ve found each other eventually. They just needed to be patient. Besides, the matchmaker still has to identify the scent and then see if she can match it to another wolf. It’s only one factor and a gamble at that. You can’t tell who your mate is going to be until you get to know them. None of it is fait accompli.”

“So, you think the matchmaker is what? A jester for the pack? A false hope to those around her?”

“I think she’s just like any other curiosity in New Orleans. Here to please the tourists.”

“Well, that’s utterly fascinating, Mr. Ferrar. Thank you for your insight.”

“Lesley-Anne,” Serafina called as she came to the door with Lincoln quick in close attendance. “There you are. This party is every bit as much you for you as it is for the happy couple. Get in here and dance.”

Lesley-Anne? Lesley-Anne Saucier? Hugo’s hackles rose. The woman straightened and inclined her head toward their alpha.

“I was just getting some air and a lesson on the tomfoolery of having a matchmaker in the pack from Mr. Ferrar here.”

Long, Heather. His Moonstruck Wolf: Wolves of Willow Bend 10.5 . Heather Long. Kindle Edition.

When a matchmaker gets toasted at the after party, she finds the perfect wolf for her in the most unlikely of places. Of course, the last thing he wants is a mate, much less a matchmaking one.

Hugo Ferrar is one busy Hound. Acting as a messenger for his alpha, he spends more time out of New Orleans than in it. Home in the Big Easy for only three days, Hugo has a strict schedule to adhere to—celebrate his brother’s mating, eat and drink his fill, and find a lovely wolf at the masquerade for a fling.

Lesley-Anne Saucier is drunk on life and one too many hurricanes. Her masquerade is just the kind of party Delta Crescent needs, especially since they are celebrating the mating of a popular couple—a match she helped to make. Avoiding her eager fans, Lesley-Anne is bowled over by a wolf in the garden—a stunning, male, perfect for her. The moon is full, the masquerade is in full swing, can the matchmaker find her own perfect mate?

Such a wonderful tale for Valentine’s Day/Mardi Gras! Hugo and Lesley-Anne are a wonderful couple. I’m looking forward to reading about more of the secondary characters from the series.

Salvation (Blue Moon Saloon #4)

One hero, assumed dead. One woman who refuses to give up. One destiny.

Todd padded into the room and squatted down beside her. His chest was bare, his sweatpants low on his hips. He tilted his head at her, and his eyes showed the kind of pain only a man who’d experienced terrible things knew.

He sat on the bed and wrapped his thick arms around her. He tucked his chin over her head, enveloping her completely in what felt like a cloak of steel, and rocked her a little, promising nothing would get past him — no evil, real or perceived.

“I’m okay. I’m okay,” she managed a minute or two later, even though she never wanted him to let go.

He didn’t let go, thank goodness. Not for a long, long time, even after her breathing slowed and the sweat dried on her forehead. He kept right on holding her, and she had the distinct impression the comforting feeling wasn’t a one-way thing. Had her nightmares brought back visions of his own? Had she reminded him of something he’d rather have left in the past?

“It’s okay,” she murmured, swaying slowly with him.

Lowe, Anna. Salvation (Blue Moon Saloon Book 4) (Kindle Locations 865-873). Twin Moon Press. Kindle Edition.

Anna Boone won’t give up the search for her cousin, Sarah, who everyone assumes dead. And she refuses to give up on the wounded bear found next to the ashes of her cousin’s house. There’s something deep in his eyes and in his soul she just can’t resist. Something special. Something…human, almost. When her search for the truth leads her to the Blue Moon Saloon, Anna finds more than she ever bargained for — and unwittingly leads a deadly foe to those she loves most.

Wow! By the time I reached the end of this story, I was absolutely in tears. The story just reaches out and grabs your heart. I couldn’t believe that Todd and Anna finally got together. This was just so great. I’m sitting here on pins and needles waiting for the next book in this series!
